What is TeamWeave?

Learning

We have three Online Learning Programs to suit teams at different stages of applying the TeamWeave Concepts:

  • Check-in

  • Foundations

  • Teal (coming soon)

Check-ins are an essential component and ideal starting point for Next-Stage Organisations.

Teams already proficient at check-ins can skip the Check-in program, and start with the Foundations program.

For all other teams we recommend starting with the Check-in program.

We also have two learning programs for individuals coming soon:

  • Leaders (coming soon)

  • Coaches (coming soon)

The leaders program is for leaders in an organisation, and anyone playing a leadership role in applying the TeamWeave concepts.

The coaches program is for people who are already coaches, or want to be a coach, to support Next-Stage Organisations.

The programs include key concepts, prompting enquiries and surveys, group video calls and interactive discussion with fellow participants.

Much of the learning comes from the interactions with other participants. As well as creating a dynamic and fertile learning environment, it also enables us to keep the price low so people can participate for an extended period of time… works better for a little bit of time, steadily over a longer period etc. Apply and adapt the concepts as you go. Allows for time poor etc.

The programs are accessible via monthly or annual subscription. We recommend minimum six month subscription, ideally longer.

Membership in our learning programs is for a minimum of six months, and we offer a reduced membership fee for continued access to the Learning Programs after the first year.

Coaching

Coaching to help your team apply concepts from the Learning Programs to your workplace.

Tailored to suit your needs and budget.

Working via video calls, we assess where you are at with the concepts and any potential constraints, and provide guidance on how you can apply them.

We work with a Leadership group from your team, and the whole team, or just you on your own if you are starting out.

Additional Support

Additional support that is provided with all of our learning programs:

Buddy Groups (2-3 people) and Success Groups (8-10 people) to connect with other participants and provide mutual support.

Resource Library for additional learning and guidance on applying the changes in your organisation.

Consultants and Trainers Directory for additional professional support if required.

An in person learning and development event is planned for late 2025.

TeamWeave Introduction Program - Features

TeamWeave Coaching

Successfully applying the concepts from our learning programs in your workplace requires guidance. This can come from individuals within your team with the necessary capabilities and availability, or it may come from outside the team. That is where TeamWeave Coaching comes in.

We offer guidance and support to help your team put the concepts into practice - while also strengthening the capacity of your team and its leaders to carry the process independently. External input can be valuable; however the transformation becomes sustainable and self-generating when your team can continue without us.
